Drugs and weapon crackdown in Krabi
Two drug dealers have been arrested with 1,200 amphetamine pills and 80 grams of methamphetamine alongside a carbine (rifle), a sub machine gun and a pistol.
The 2 dealers include 26 year old Suwannarat Thongchit and 22 year old Boonrit Thongluan, and were arrested at a house in Nanua Sub-District
Police went to arrest them at the house and found that there were a total 5 of them. Only Suwannarat remained while the rest fled through the back door.
Police found the drugs hidden in the house and weapons hidden in the pickup truck parked outside.
Boonrit arrived at the house later and police greeted him with a search and found a pistol on him.
Suwannarat confessed that her husband, Adisak, who fled, lived in this house together with her for 7 months and she is the one who made the customer list but she said that she doesn’t know where he gets the drugs from.
Police are still searching for the rest of the group who fled.
