Absolute World names new head of real estate
PHUKET: Absolute World Group has announced the appointment of Stuart Coakley as director of the group’s real estate division.
Based at the property developer’s Thailand headquarters in Phuket, Mr Coakley is tasked with overseeing the group’s real estate division and growing future real estate strategy for the mixed-use resort developers and fractional and vacation ownership pioneers.
Mr Coakley has experience working with startups that were developed into multi-million-dollar businesses, and his sales background in the travel and hospitality industry and extensive managerial experience are expected to help drive Absolute Real Estate into its next stage of growth.
A former senior manager at UK-based Thomson Directories and previously responsible for the establishment and operation of vacation ownership companies in Russia and South Africa, Mr Coakley brings a diverse skill set to Absolute Real Estate.
In his new role, his primary responsibility is to oversee Absolute World Group’s agent and client relationships.

The dedicated real estate team pride themselves on having extensive knowledge of Thai culture and lifestyle, and working closely with clients to individually showcase and select their ideal investment property in Thailand.
