Glittering opening for car showroom

PHUKET TOWN: Accompanied by dancing girls clad in gold, the glamorous new BMW 735Li was launched in Phuket last night. The launch was part of the celebrations of the official grand opening of the Performance Motors (Thailand) showroom on Thepkrasattri Road. The top-of-the-range 735Li sells for 9.9 million baht. Three have already been sold in Phuket. As the authorized dealer of BMW Thailand, Performance Motors took over the dealership from Muang Mai Motors recently. The showroom in Phuket is the 14th that Performance Motors has opened outside Bangkok.
