Amid these allegations, Combs’ lawyer, Erica Wolf, told UNILAD, “Mr. Combs’ legal team stresses he cannot address every baseless allegation in this reckless media circus. He categorically denies any claim of sexual abuse, including of minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence in court, where truth is based on evidence.”
Diddy has been denied bail twice and is still awaiting a trial date. Despite the ongoing controversy, he celebrated his daughter’s birthday on Instagram, posting, “Happy Birthday to you! Happy Birthday baby Love! Daddy loves you 🎂🎉.”
The New York Post reported that Combs’ first jail meal included options like Swedish meatballs or a black bean burger, with sides of egg noodles, green beans, and a garden salad.

His attorney, Marc Agnifilo, discussed the rapper’s mental state in the TMZ documentary, “The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment.” Agnifilo said, “His state of mind is remarkably positive.
