The husband, thought to be in his 70s, was retired and cared for his wife, who used a wheelchair and was in declining health. South Wales Police confirmed they are investigating the sudden deaths and are supporting the next of kin. Formal identification and post-mortem examinations will follow as part of ongoing inquiries.
