J.Lo's lighthearted remark about exes Ben Affleck and Diddy resurfaces online

J.Lo, who dated Diddy (real name Sean Combs) from 1999 to 2001, later married dancer-turned-actor Cris Judd. In 2002, she met Affleck, and they became engaged by November, even as she was finalising her divorce from Judd. However, ‘Bennifer’ parted ways in 2004. Affleck’s marriage to Garner ended in 2018, and three years later, he rekindled his romance with J.Lo. The couple got engaged in 2022 and married just two months later in Las Vegas. Though their relationship seemed smooth, rumours of discord surfaced in April, escalating when Affleck missed J.Lo’s 55th birthday in July.
An old clip of J.Lo being interviewed by Kurt Alexander, known as Big Boy, has recently re-emerged online. In the decade-old video, Big Boy posed a provocative scenario: “You’re on a raft in the middle of the ocean, and you see two people floating. You can only save one. You look in the water and see Ben Affleck and Diddy.”
J.Lo’s immediate response was, “I’d let both those motherf**kers drown!” Amid laughter, she clarified, “That’s terrible, I’m just joking! Ben, Puffy, you know I love you.” Big Boy then joked, “But… she’s coming in on the raft by herself,” and pretended to sob, saying, “I don’t know, I couldn’t save them.”
Fortunately for Affleck, the video dates back ten years.
