Malaysia police seek key witnesses in high-profile drug case

Johor police in Malaysia are currently searching for three local men who are considered crucial witnesses in a drug-related case at the High Court in Muar. The individuals in question are Muhammad Najib Somadin, 32 years old; Muhamad Zaki Johari, 40 years old; and Muhammad Diah Abas, 42 years old.

Muhammad Najib’s last known residence was in Taman Cempaka 2, while Muhamad Zaki was living in Kampung Parit Jarum. Both of these locations are in Bukit Gambir, Tangkak. Meanwhile, Muhammad Diah’s last registered address was in Jalan Datuk Haji Hassan, Muar. The three men are required to appear as key witnesses in a case involving Section 39B of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952.

Muar police chief Assistant Commissioner Raiz Mukhliz Azman Aziz has urged the public to provide any information regarding the whereabouts of these individuals. He has requested that anyone with knowledge of their location contact investigating officer Inspector Nur Amira Moklas at 012-3316326 or 06-9564800.

Additionally, Assistant Commissioner Raiz Mukhliz has stated that information related to any of the three men can also be reported to the nearest police station.
