Stray สามารถคว้ารางวัล PlayStation Game of the Year หรือ เกมเพลย์สเตชั่นยอดเยี่ยมแห่งปี จากเวที Golden Joystick Awards 2022
วันที่ 22 พ.ย. 2022 ได้มีการประกาศผลรางวัลเกมแห่งปีสาขาต่างๆ จากเวที Golden Joystick Awards 2022 โดยทาง GamesRadar+ ได้ประกาศว่า Stray เกมแอ็คชันผจญภัยของน้องแมวส้ม คว้ารางวัล PlayStation Game of the Year หรือ เกมเพลย์สเตชั่นยอดเยี่ยมแห่งปี
ซึ่งถือว่าเป็นรางวัลแรกของเกม Stray อีกด้วย ซึ่งเกมดังกล่าวสามารถสร้างกระแสรุนแรง ตั้งแต่ก่อนเกมวางจำหน่ายอีกด้วย
โดยเกมที่สามารถเข้าชิงรางวัลสาขา PlayStation Game of the Year หรือ เกมเพลย์สเตชั่นยอดเยี่ยมแห่งปี ประกอบไปด้วย Gran Turismo 7, Horizon Forbidden West, Elden Ring, The Last of Us Part I, Sifu
