Agong congratulates disabled, B40 students on SPM success

The King of Malaysia, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah, and Queen Tunku Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah, have expressed their happiness and pride towards parents and students from disabled (OKU) and B40 groups who achieved excellent results in the 2022 Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) examinations. The results were announced yesterday, and the royal couple’s commendation was shared through a post on the Istana Negara Facebook page.

The post highlighted the students’ outstanding success, proving that dedication and determination enabled them to compete and succeed. It also emphasised that success could be achieved if there is a will. The King and Queen expressed their hope that these excellent results would serve as a starting point for the students to take further steps towards future successes and inspire other members of the community.

In the Facebook message, Her Majesty also wished the outstanding students good luck and continued success. Additionally, the King expressed his appreciation for the teachers who guided and taught the students, acknowledging their crucial role in the students’ achievements.

Al-Sultan Abdullah and Tunku Azizah also congratulated other 2022 SPM students who received their results recently. They emphasised that for those who did not achieve good results, it is not the end but rather an opportunity to rise again with determination to achieve success.
