Revenue Diversification

The Thaiger is quickly moving away from a reliance on programmatic advertising as we diversify our revenue sources. Jun-21 saw a significant increase in revenue across a range of sources, reflecting a 60% increase from May-21. And we are seeing this trend maintain during July, despite the increased impact of Covid.
We believe we can increase this momentum as the world begins to return to some form of normality.
Fund Raise | Thaiger

Programmatic Ads

The ads shown on the website – these have and will always represent a significant portion of our revenue, but they will decrease from 90% to less than 40%. We are also exploring new ad types and providers.

YouTube Ads

As our audience and content output grows, our YouTube Ad revenue grows too and now represents a substantial portion of our total revenue. We saw a 40% increase from April to May and continue to grow on this throughout June and July.

Mobile App

Our new English language mobile app now has 35k downloads and revenue is contributing significantly to our total. May-21 was our first full month, we anticipate a consistent 20% month on month growth over the coming months.

Direct Sales

A new sales function was established in May-21, with the sole aim of attracting local and global businesses to advertise with us. Although these are testing times for advertisers, we are seeing many companies committing to The Thaiger, either now or in the near future.

Products & Affiliates

Having established new and exciting relationships with the Insurance, Financial, and Visa sectors, we’re looking to profit from products sold to our readers by our new partners.
