งานประกาศ รางวัล Mnet Asian Music Awards ( MAMA ) ประจำปี 2020 ซึ่งจัดโดย CJ E&M ผ่านช่อง Mnet พิธีนี้ถูกจัดเป็นครั้งที่ 22 โดยจัดขึ้นในวันที่ 6 ธันวาคม 2020 ที่ เมืองพาจู ประเทศเกาหลีใต้ โดยมีธีม ‘NEW-TOPIA’ ซึ่งพิธีดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นโดยไม่มีผู้ชมการถ่ายทอดสด เนื่องจากการแพร่ระบาดของ โควิด -19
รายชื่อผู้ชนะรางวัลในแต่ละสาขา โดยเปิดโหวตทางออนไลน์บนเว็บไซต์ MAMA และ Twitter หนึ่งชั่วโมงหลังจากประกาศรายชื่อผู้เข้าชิงในวันที่ 29 ตุลาคม 2020 ซึ่งการโหวตสิ้นสุดในวันที่ 5 ธันวาคม 2020
