I applied and was successful in obtaining an elite visa with great communication between agent, embassy and myself.

This stopped once payment received with little to no answer to emails, Thai embassy in London rang yet never answered any call made everyday of the three hours they are open and still awaiting visa to be affixed.

All emails requesting refund so I can retire elsewhere are ignored and I strongly advise thought before considering this visa when the OA is free and so much quicker.
