So you are 64yrs old?

You may not have much hair but you look pretty damn young for 64!

Aw, c'mon that was a harsh comment!
Perhaps you could make amends by cleaning the large window when the builders get that far.

But you have Drone shots! Boom!

I love the very creative way, in Thailand (Asia), how they build stairs: different rise and tread of almost every step.

This happen to elder people, even on identical steps.

We did switch the insulation thickness on the roof late in the game. That slowed it down a week

What thickness are you going for? And 2 layer, cross, or only one layer?

Two times 3 inch cross on the ceiling will keep the heat out. With another aluminum "Bubble foil" direct under the roof that would even work like 9 inch, cause the roof area wouldn't even getting that hot, anymore.

Plus roof ventilation and shut doors/windows in days heat, the house may even stay cooler, without aircon, as the outside temp in shade.

We are getting 6 inch rolled insulation up in the ceiling. Insulation is inside sealed bags, to protect against moisture. Best $760 we will spend.

😬

I wasn't going to mention that 🥴

I had the labourers on our 1st house demolish a whole day's work in setting up 'boxing' for a full flight of stairs with mid-level landing as the treads and risers were completely wrong.  I downloaded a plan off a 'stair calculator site' for them to follow and supervised the work next day.
