It's a 60 x 60cm manhole.  No problem for any big fellas.   I don't know what you mean by firewall,

Come on:

So you got one of the "modern" big size hatches. How big are you? ;-) The usually/old ones are either 45 or 50cm, aren't they? Which is keeping a lot of bellies out of that area!

Houses can have firewalls too, usually solid masonry 😛 

And I'm a slim 78kg's, hansum too 🥴
