We’re looking for an ‘experienced Media Sales Manager’ to join our growing Sales Team. Candidates must speak Thai and excellent English and have at least 5 years of media sales experience.
These are the most important requirements we’re looking for right now. We need someone with first-hand experience of selling media advertisements and sponsorships in Thailand.

Job Description
As a Media Sales Executive with The Thaiger, you will be a motivated self-starter looking to smash targets by calling, emailing, and meeting with potential partners within Bangkok and across Thailand. Your goal will be to sell our online / digital space to new and existing advertisers.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of Media Sales experience in Thailand.
- An extensive network of contacts within the Thailand Media Industry.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and clients at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients to describe advertising opportunities. This will involve cold calling but may involve face to face contact at presentations, meetings and business lunches or dinners.
- Contact existing clients to arrange the placement and design of advertisements they have agreed on and ensure an ongoing relationship.
- Research client needs and explains the benefits of buying advertising space, responding to any objections.
- Explain pricing costs to potential clients and negotiate a fee.
- Account manages existing clients to ensure their needs are satisfied and they are happy with the service.
- Work with production teams to ensure that agreed advertisements are carried in the right place and at the right time.
- Track purchases and keep a record of sales, contacts, and deals.
- Work to maximize sales and meet targets.
Skills Required:
- Outgoing and sociable personality.
- Understanding of the Media Sales role in Thailand.
- Excellent Telephone manner with written and spoken English and Thai language skills.
- Relationship building and negotiation skills.
- Target driven.
