ผลรางวัล ‘แกรมมี่อวอร์ด 2022 (Grammy Awards)’ รวมทุกรางวัล ประกาศเมื่อวันที่ 3 เมษายน 2022 ตามเวลาท้องถิ่น ณ ลาสเวกัส สหรัฐอเมริกา
แฟนๆทั่วโลกต่างจับตามองและลุ้นสุดๆกับเทศกาลเพลงประกาศรางวัลระดับโลกอย่าง 2022 GRAMMY Awards หรือ 64th GRAMMY Awards ล่าสุดทาง GRAMMY ได้ออกมาประกาศรายชื่อผู้ชนะแล้ว โดยจะนับเฉพาะเพลงที่ถูกปล่อยภายในวันที่ 1 กันยายน 2020 จนถึง 30 กันยายน 2021 เท่านั้น และรายชื่อมีดังนี้
