As a FazWaz Admin. you’ll support a team of FazWaz Agents, finance, operations and the senior management by assisting with all aspects of the business.
– Work alongside all team members to help with day-to-day administrative tasks
– Support the sales team and sales assistants in replying back to property owners
– Help ensure the office is maintained and keep updated with office supplies.
– Help welcome and greet all visitors or service provide at the FazWaz head office
– Answer and direct all incoming phone calls to all members in the FazWaz team.
– Standard business hours Monday-Friday for this in-office position
– Work alongside finance teams to help prepare for monthly accounting.
Skills & Experience
– Previous office admin or office manager position
– Experience using email, phone, and greeting with clients and other parties
– Attention to detail; nothing gets past you
– Experience working with foreign managers at an international company
– Must speak, read and write English to a high level
– Thai nationals only.
