I will just repeat my post from the other day for this one. IMO and in all fairness, Street food is part of Thailand’s history and for many, an attraction. Yes on Jomtien beach it has become totally out of hand and causes mayhem. It needs to be organised and managed. With a market manager. Create an area on or near the beach with clearly marked areas (the usual motorbike & sidecar size). Those using them will have a fee collected on the day by the market manager. The fee should not be extortionate but enough collectively to pay for the market manager and the nightly cleaning of the area. Allocation on a first come, first served basis. No reservations. Yes their is likely to be all of the following, nepotism, cheating, bribery, etc, etc, etc. but it’s a start and a way forward for those that make a living and those that love street food. Infringements could be dealt with week/month ban’s from selling in that area. Beach chairs and tables (all the same) can be rented from the municipality. Collected by the user with a return deposit. Fees for use such as 50 Bht per chair and 50 Bht per table for as long as you want up to a closing time. This gives the opportunity to bring in money for the municipality, to pay for setting up the area and continue improvements. -

So do you agree a Russian missile hit the shopping centre? KRLMRX seems to think it was a Ukrainian anti-air missile. Or do you want to change your story to something even the Russians haven't yet claimed? And you agree the Russians are spreading propaganda by saying the building was not in use? As to the proof you seek. Geolocation looks at the satellite images and pinpoints commonality. The park design can be clearly seen and hence why it is a clear locatable source on the image. As I said the second image on the video, is less clear, although comparing the image with Google satellite images offers pretty clear indications it is the same. To really satisfy geolocation standards, more building images are usually required. But it still can be done. Confirmation just takes longer. I gave you both the BBC article and the video so you could determine for yourself. Obviously you are not interested in determining any truth, just want to have a go at the BBC. Why don't you compare against Google maps and their images yourself if you don't trust the BBC. You will find they match quite well. And by the way....no where have I said the shopping centre was targeted. I personally don't think the Russian missiles used can be that accurate from the distance they were sent, to make such a statement. Destructive yes, accurate to a point, but also a terror weapon as they are not 100% confident they will hit the right spot as evidenced here.- 2
