A fruit farmer in Chanthaburi’s Khao Soi Dao allegedly killed an 18 year old elephant weighing more than seven tonnes yesterday and is set to face prosecution for violating the Wildlife Act. It's true. Take away bees or mosquitoes for example, and everything will be affected by it. 

The only creature which won't be missed are humans actually. If there aren't any humans in a place for a while, nature will just take over.
