Corruption. An economic meltdown. Budget mismanagement. Opposition parties are calling out the government’s failures under the leadership of PM Prayut Chan-o-cha, and a joint statement outlining failures over the past three years, including mismanagement during the Covid-19 pandemic, was released by Thailand’s six-party opposition bloc. He destroyed Thailand, the damage he created to the country and people will need many years to recover.

I not understand how the thai bath stay so strong everything is borrowed half the people can not pay back there must be so many motor bike and car that being take back by the banks gouvernement borrow so much it have to pop soon

its that time of year for a stronger baht for the tourist industry,but on performance alone the baht should be weak,but hey they have the non transparent stimulus packages to look forward to unchallenged

The hatred the people and especially the young generation have for him, them and who they protect can never be repaired. Quite successful in that area.

....and remember why is there and why is was placed there from the start - and his background.

Cycles of tradition and historic precedence. Same as it ever was.

More astounding is that most don't recognize the whys and wherefores.

Yes true. But as I see through my kids and thai family eyes, they are not fooling anyone and divide is getting a lot lot wider especially when the older generation kicks off.
