90 days reporting online ...

Recommended Posts

Since Monday the online registration for reporting was working, the link came back by email and after filling and submitting, another official email came with:
"FORM FOR ALIEN TO NOTIFY OF STAYING LONGER THAN 90 DAYS RECEIVED" and a summary given with the filled FORM as pdf attachment.

Now, my company admin. member went today to ask the local immigration officer if this process and the received is now considered same as "notified" - but the answer was: RECEIPT OF NOTIFICATION will still need be issued at your local immigration office, with date, stamp, signature and a firm definition when you have to notify your address again ... in 90 days ...

Question arises: Was this the purpose for the filing of the 90 day reporting online ??

I don't know what their idea behind this is too, I got the same thing. to be honest I don't really care to much... anymore about 90 days because my local Tor-Mor is just a bunch of 'idiots'.

Update: with 1 week delay (presumably administrative reason in the bureaucracy) I have now received that email from eservice.immigration that the notification has been approved, together with an attached Receipt of Notification - same as issued by local immigration to be kept in the passport, incl. the firm date when to notify the address again in 90 days. Hope this will be the way for the future and the member of the local immigration will have time to spare for other jobs on hand.

Applied on the 4th, no Approval yet in the 'new'.

However on the 6th I used the 'old' 90 day online system and called the IO who approved it so I got my next appointment slip.

Pretty sure each office has to continue to monitor for online applications, but we know some just don't.

My local Tor-Mor just sucks donkey balls, so if it really goes to the local Tor-Mor. 555 they will never use the system.
