You can't use the Test & Go entry if not fully vaccinated. The only option would be the ten or 14-day (I think they lowered it to ten for people who are partially vaccinated) Alternate Quarantine at a hotel. Home quarantine is not allowed for any overseas arrivals.

Okay. More information. Here's what the rule is: "Travellers 12-17 years of age, travelling with parents, are not required to be vaccinated but must have a negative RT-PCR test result within 72 hours before travelling. Those unaccompanied must get vaccinated with at least one dose of an approved vaccine and must have a negative RT-PCR test result." https://www.tatnews.org/2021/12/thailand-eases-entry-rules-from-16-december-2021/ (The URL indicates 16-December, but these are the current requirements not affected by the update on the 16th.) If you have a paper record of her single shot and a negative test you can use the Test & Go entry.
