The Philippines is waiving quarantine requirements for fully vaccinated visitors from countries classified on the government’s “green list.” The Philippines, home to over 7,000 islands in Southeast Asia, is now accepting fully vaccinated visitors from countries on the “Green List”, but they must submit a negative RT-PCR test done within 72 hours of departure, rather than quarantine or an on-arrival RT-PCR test. They've long been near the bottom of the Covid list, so not a high priority to visit for now. Not only for Covid BTW.

But similar to Thailand, there's pressure to let tourists back in for the money they bring.

Be prepared for sun, sea, nature, relaxation and most everything closed.

A sunbed with relaxing music or sea-breeze noise on your headphones will do the same, without a stick up your nose and the stress of the virus.
