When you here about Prayut diverting funds, you have to wonder where some of it is being diverted to.

If I had messed up as badly on all fronts as Prayut, and allegedly to the great chagrin of an important stakeholder in Bavaria, I would be diverting as many funds as I could get my hands on to a Swiss bank account.
