I suspect the real truth will never be known. People in high places I suspect ensured that they were not exposed. Similar scenario to Thailand, money can get anything and anyone silenced.

I agree totally and perhaps there may be tapes of everything although I’d rather pass on watching them

Not really the same Gummy - but I hear what you are saying.  The main difference is that the Thai police are corrupted and have been for a long long time. Sure the wealthy and uber rich in both places are untouchable, but the Thai police who killed that bloke (and many many others) did not do what they did for the first time. Long ago we in the west recognised the need to reform the corrupt police - and although it still exists a bit, in Thailand it is an endemic art form that runs very very deep. Hopefully this episode draws a line and that can only happen if severe punishment is handed out. If they walk away, as in the past, things will never change.

Let justice do it's work, and I hope it will. I don't follow this case, but:...
But what I don't understand is, how can a girl, not yet 18, be going to bed with a guy in 3 or 4 different places and claim rape. I mean, it could happen one time, but then take the plane to another place, and be raped again, and then, take a plane...

I think you have answered your own question NOT YET 18

There is a problem with that answer. In all the places where the girl claimed there was sexual contact, NY, London and Epstein's Island, the age of consent is 16.

++++++++++++++

If both parties are of legal age and agree to legal sexual activity then it is OK.
