The new rules go into place tomorrow and outline quite a few easings of Covid-19 regulations, aside from the disappointing alcohol rules. They hint at preparing for nightlife and entertainment venues to open in the future though, but with no timeline […]

Come on complete the post

"if they need to drink they can buy it at 7Eleven" (same as the Russians).

Or they can do without (same as the Indians).

Tourism here is safe in your hands.

"most people love the new normal"... I cannot believe some (NO, not most) can come up with that kind of statement. What a joy it must be to have you around at the Christmas table.

Now I have been told that drinking is not really an issue in Pattaya, many places serving alcohool regardless. Now I believe this. This is my last day of the 7 Sandbox crap in Phuket. The restaurant in my hotel, on the main road so open to everyone, is serving alcohool, and not in special cups. Every restaurants I have been are serving alcohool. And then I went to Patong to see for myself... MANY bars open, live music, parties as if life was depending on it. Well that must be this "new normal most people love" according to you, Rip255. RIP indeed mate.

New rules, yawn yawn yawn.

None of them really make a difference to the (small) health risk.

Wake up governor and cut out this shit.
