Tetrahydrocannabinol ( THC ) , is a mild drug that does less harm than alcohol consumption .

If the government wants to profit :

1. Make it legal .

2. Grow it in a sustainable way and distribute it to selected retailers ( pharmacies ) .

3. Quality control .

It can be used in food , drinks , snacks ( cookies ) , there is a whole industry to build around this .

The Netherlands have been having some serious problems with legalised Mary J and dope tourists.

Think it not just a case of saying its legal, there are many positives and there are definitely negatives to this as it could be a big neon sign to attract the dope tourists and the inherant problems they may bring.

Thais don't need that hassle on top of what they have already.
