The Thai PM is expected to attend the COP26 climate summit in Scotland, his first overseas trip since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. According to a Pattaya News report, there are reports Prayut Chan-o-cha will travel to Glasgow for the conference, which kicks off at the end of this month. Naybe that's the reason for the November 1 opening. Because he doesn't want to do the quarantine.😂

After November 12 when he's back, it'll be reversed again.

There could be some truth in that. But it's good to see the PM making meaningless trips overseas. He's in good company with my own PM....doing the same.

His translator had better get up to speed with the quant English variation language they speak up there or there's plenty of scope for major misunderstanding .. aye reyt' yer' argh noo ..

This unelected Thai PM head of a dictatorship playing at being a politician, should not be allowed near any other civilised countries leaders. He and his soldiers took Thailand at the point of a gun seven years ago, is an ex soldier with a Military Academy education, and probably with an IQ similar to the ordinary Thai person in the street, who also drive and ride motorbikes in a country with near enough the worst road statistics in the world.

That's a bit of a stretch thinking he has an IQ that high isn't it ?
