Predictions please?

I‘ll go for bail pending trial and he will either skip the country, or it will get embroiled in all kinds of legal arguments in the hope of it going away or new evidence emerges. It’s an open and closed case given the evidence. Hold him in Jail. Set a trail date in March. Try him and lock him up for 20 years. Let Mr Prayut announce the details of the trails and state that “ No matter who you are or what rank or position you hold in Thai society, no one is above our laws”.

Before the predictions let's see first whether anyone is generously but anonymously gifted a nice sports car before any announcement 😉

Joe and Boss will be seen in company. Both waiting for statue of limitations to expire.

I can see them now racing each other down the "alley".

You may not be too far from the truth there, and possibly both snorting a line of cocaine at the Monaco GP next year guests of Red Bull.

Police will oppose the bail but it’s still up to the judge. I’d say he won’t get bail as his lawyers have no doubt applied for bail numerous times already. His eventual sentence for the accidental death? Plead it down to manslaughter, 20 years less 50% for the guilty plea so 10 years. If he gets parole at 33% served it means he’ll have 2 years left in prison. Prosecution won’t appeal because TiT and boys be boys, especially old boys.
