This he ordered a few month ago when the Thai hospitals had the same problems and we never heard then agin something. We heard nothing from any results of the investigations or any arrests. Is this another round of brown envelopes because this incidents happens now already a long time and as we see is still going on! I guess the same procedures like with the red bull case so we will hear next year that they will do another panel?!
