The South Korean military reported that North Korea is continuing their testing of ballistic missiles. On Tuesday, the North fired a missile from land into the Sea of Japan to the East of the country. Not a lot of countries you get executed by a tank gun because of not applauding good enough or sleeping while there is the dictator on tv. Or let hundreds of thousands starving to death and have no electricity but use the money for missiles. Sure such evil countries should never have missiles.

North Korea continues as a military force to be reckon with. The amount of military budget (around 1/4 of GDP) is huge and accumulates for years. It's nuclear power capabilities is astonishing and a threat to the world. 

Then again, its citizens quality of life is compromised.
