List of approved countries ? If someone is fully vaccinated it should not matter what country they are from. Costa Rica is open for tourists who are fully vaccinated -- no tests required, no insurance required, no quarantine required, no COE required -- no bullsh*t. Come on Thailand smarten up.

Costa Rica has near 50% double vaxxed and nearly 70% single vaxxed with Pfizer and AZ.

Thailand has near 33% double vaxxed and nearly 47% single vaxxed, mostly with Sinovac that doesn't work against Delta strain.

Have you smartened up yet?

It' is fascinating isn't it that that Prayut is only telling us half the story. China, Germany, Singapore, the UK and the States are considered by him to be 'low-risk' and yet the Chinese cannot travel because of Covid and the US and the UK are on the European red list!

Half the story because he does not mention the other low risk countries that can travel without a quarantine from November 1st. I guess on this prognosis India and Afghanistan will be included.

It is typical electioneering rhetoric, and he seems to have forgotten, his 120 days ended on October 1st!

Good news for existing expat or foreigners in Thailand. Tax rate is one of the highest in ASIA at 35% progressive. Comparing Malaysia at 30%, Vietnam at 20% and Singapore at 15%. How to segregate highly-skilled vs skilled is another problem which can be vague and ambiguous
