So you are saying the lady has no case to answer and the 47 million baht is hers to rightly keep due to the incompetence of the American company ?

No I didn't say anything about "no Case" ,you did . There's not much info, not many  weeds to sift through in this report, to make a clear cut case in determining contractual facts !

Working as a businessman before makes me very suspicious of who my Purchasing agent is  dealing with when it comes to large purchases, that being said many companies have contingencies, Depending on department structure and expense caps! Need more details especially in past dealings with the Thai dealer.

Like I said there is very little to go on here

I wouldn't go that far, but paying one and a half million dollars, in full, in advance, goes way beyond mere "incompetence".

This is something that has happened in just about every country with purchasing power at the start of the pandemic.

On the one hand you had governments limiting exports and buying up anything they thought they'd need at inflated prices, worried they'd miss out at a later stage. On the other hand you had businesses trying to sell at inflated prices or getting their hands on additional stock to make a quick buck. There are hundreds of courtcases now the dust has settled. And there are countless warehouses and containers full with substandard PPE stuff to be destroyed after the courtcases.

Or maybe some countries would buy substandard stuff? They wouldn't, would they? 🙄🙄🤔🤔

Only 70 baht each quality product guaranteed to give some kind of result. Think of the profit margin

Thais 200 baht

Foreigners 500 baht

And you already know it's not discriminatory.

🤣🤣🤣
