Just over 4% of the estimated 1 million tourists TAT predicted for the first 3 months.
Over half of the 42,000 were returning Thais.
Returning expats and those concluding business made up the majority of foreign arrivals 
By definition, very few 'tourist' arrivals.

Are they still quarantining people who test negative but have the bad luck to have someone test positive on their flight? This is what is keeping me out, and I can't get straight info on it.
