A government minister in Indonesia has confirmed the island of Bali will partially re-open to arrivals from certain countries. However, the list does not currently include Australia, a significant tourism market for Indonesia prior to the pandemic. Please proof before publishing.  Dubai is one of the seven Emirates making up the UAE.  It’s not a separate entity as it appears in this article.  Thanks.

Not sure what the hassel is with the COE, I thought this was a straight forward online process for me.  2 visits to the consulate and the preflight covid test were a bigger hassle.
