One Off PayPal TX...

I want to transfer around 1000 baht to a vendor in the US.

I used to have a PP a/c but I get so many spam messages from whoever, that I'd prefer not to sign up again.

I'm fairly sure that it's possible to make a 'one-off payment' without having a PP a/c, but dunno how to do so.

Any help, please gentlemen?
