Officials insist the delay won’t have any negative impact, as reports circulate that hospitals are running out of AstraZeneca doses. Not just more organised chaos, in this instance, but bare-faced hypocrisy of the worst possible kind . . . the self-important kind . . . Prayut to a tee.
