Thai breakfast

They forgot and bacon and eggs on that list, surely that's Thai breakfast, since it's what I always get at hotels here.

They have pigs and chickens in abundance....so why not.

Get yourself to a low price Thai hotel so you can enjoy khao tom.

I eat once per day, usually around 5 pm. I do have an Ovaltine drink at what most people would call 'breakfast time', but that's it.

True enough.  Blame the Military for that. I dont think that I had one regular, planned meal in all my service. Eat when you can, if you can't tough sxxt.

Reversing your 'meals' i.e. a fairly substantial breakfast and then your Ovaltine in the evening would probably be better for you

Yeah I do intermittent fasting of about 18-19 hours

And I usually eat my full meal early and then something like after going into the evening by 5-6pm

I try and eat before 6pm then don't eat until about 1:30-2pm when I finish work

So about 19 1/2-20hrs

I don't do it all the time but when I am on it, I do it everyday
