The Thai Cabinet Committee has decided to take a firmer stance on advertisements that they say could instigate social harms and messages that reference the monarchy. They plan to issue laws and regulations to control such harmful advertisements. Deputy government spokesperson Traisulee Traisoranakul says the committee has approved the draft ministerial regulations toward advertisements or services that might cause danger and harm to residents of Thailand. They also approved a draft proposal to rescind advertisements of alcoholic drinks and caffeinated drinks in movie theatres and on billboards. They also approved a draft proposal to rescind advertisements of alcoholic drinks and caffeinated drinks in movie theatres and on billboards.
 

And here was lead to believe that ALL alcohol advertising was banned.

Got me worried now...

Do I have to hide and drink my coffee under the bedcovers?

And can I still go out to my coffee shop with only a facemask? Or do I need a cap, sunglasses and fake moustache too?
