Very good Spicy Girl ... one of my favourites!

I learnt to also add mild dried chili's, big flat ones, and to toast them before adding to the wok. If cooking over gas, a splash of cooking wine can be flambéed and adds umami.

I'm hungry now ....

Thank you KaptainRob, I like that idea, I will try it next time 😁

I had 7 apples left in the fridge, bit too hard and tart for me, so looked on YouTube and found an easy Italian apple pie to make, it tastes quite delicious even though I do say so myself.😀

Mamy oriental style noodles. Added some Shark Brand Sriracha to broth to make it spicy. Copied picture on wrapper plus some bean sprouts: cilantro, lime wedge, 3 chilis - 2 red, 1 green. Don't eat beef much at home, so used THB60 piece of shrimp and fried tofu slice instead.

Beans on toast, almost.

Natto on toast on a layer of hummus (which glues them the bread).

Runny egg. Cilantro and lime added for color.

Shark Brand Sriracha added for deliciousness.

Pad Thai a la Vince

After adding 3 diced birdseye chilis the flavor (and slightly overcooked noodles) came together.

As I don't tend to eat chicken at home, this has some pan boiled cubed tofu and shrimps instead.

Sriracha added to sauce base for slight kick.

The key is "sort of". They are Natto - Japanese fermented (stinky) soy beans.

It's (natto) beans on toast ;-)

Mama Oriental Style Instant Noodles GREEN CURRY FLAVOR (all caps on package) "jumbo pack"

Used chicken broth instead of water for more flavor action. No chicken but shrimps, usual switch. Red pepper, cilantro, green onions, lime, sprouts (ran out of basil like photo and no green beans(?)).

Jumbo pack is huge, two bowls of noodles.

My lovely wife makes me a bacon sandwich most mornings.

Cholesterol doesn't exist in Thailand, just like the beer has no carbs in it. 😂

ARGHHH.... You are making me so jealous! 😁

Have been on a regime reducing my bad cholesterol levels. No bacon, minimal eggs (Doctor wanted me to eat just the white part of the egg or have just a few....easy choice there!), more greens etc.

Was so close last time to target and this looks like the perfect treat to have when I celebrate my new numbers!

Unfortunately for me it will be a once off treat but thanks for the inspiration! 😀

Anyway Vince, as you are  from India, it should be Dhania - na?

@Vince

@Bluesofa

According to google translate, in Hindi it's धनियाँ , just to help Wince out (as it's probably pronounced by an Indian.
BTW as it's a food thread - what's a Hindu?  Lay eggs.
