Does not look good in the UK.

According to the Daily Express online, there is 30% increase in Covid19 deaths from last Saturday to today.

They are airing the notion of another lockdown round about the school half term.

So any people got flights to come out Thailand around that time, and hoping the UK removes Thailand off the red list, have got some problems to deal with. (I think it's a non starter).

I think how completely idiotic it is to hide the numbers. Sooner or later the number of infections results in increased numbers requiring hospitalisation and deaths. Take a look at India and the Funeral fires in car parks!!! Authorities are only kidding themselves if that is the case. Meanwhile how is the vaccination rate of Thais going in Phuket?? All we hear about are case numbers, which are well above what they recommended before closing the sandbox. Phuket is a good test case for the rest of the country. The number of hotel bookings from overseas tourists is a pretty good barometer for what the rest of the world thinks of Thailand's pandemic response.
