Circumcision season is heating up again in the Philippines after Covid delayed the annual tradition by a year. It would be if it’s forced upon them. But since they’re lining up for it on their own fee will, it’s their body their choice.

I believe it depends on the Country and religion. Ideally done the younger the better.

A bit harsh this comment,he stated his opinion  and you seem to make something else out of it.

since we are there,what about female genital mutilation?Culture, and there fore ok?

Whataboutism 

Based on the child’s testimony he seems elated and glad to go ahead and get circumcised so much so he’s lining up to get it. 
 

What right do we have to criticize his culture and call it a “mutilation”?
