Certainly no corruption here is there!!!  100 million baht in cars on a 60  million baht property that he only uses on weekends with his girlfriend!!!  You can bet if there is one, there are many.  The government is doing nothing to stop corruption in this country.  They should go around the country and check all the top officers to see how they are living.

Don't know why because the only way to kill  a snake is to cut it's head off so that would be the first place to start. The rest of the body would just crash to ground where it could be swept away..

There seems to no doubt that he was given time to go home pack a bag and do a runner..

A 39 year old who becomes a head cop... Certainly has paid for his position...is he a friend of Ag minister who was convicted of drug charges in oz..

“The police are seeking cooperation from their counterparts in neighbouring countries in attempts to locate Thitisan in case he already has fled across the border.”

ring ring

"Hello have you seen Thitisan Utthanaphon?"

"Do you mean a man in a red Ferrari wearing a Graff Diamonds watch worth 55 million dollars with a very large suitcase, a super model and a MP5 Parabellum submachine gun?"

"Yes that sounds like him."

"No."

Corruption is King

I can see the vultures circling getting ready to divide up all his ill gained assets that will surely be confiscated as proceeds from crime.

Just an idea how about using those assets to help poor starving families.

From the very top to the bottom every official that gets paid a salary to do their job wants tea money from any one that has to use their services.

The small make small money the bigger they rise the more they demand. It's just a fact of life here in Thailand.

Just read this in U.K. - U.S. and even Dutch news as well.

Great advert for Thailand.

Might I suggest the government take action to stop corruption and other abuses of power?

Besides being simply wrong, they are bad PR for Thailand and a huge deterrent for the visitors they seem to be so desperate for.

Maybe look after your population a little better, and spend a little less time on dreaming up sandboxes and trying to explain away clear crime?

Yes, of course they should, starting with the unelected PM and his Junta.

Wanted Dead or Alive, Dead preferably as Dead men dont lie

There will be a lot of nervous high ranking police that definitely will not want him found alive to tell his tale.

Shouldn't be too hard to find. Just look for a Lamborghini Aventador driving around Khon Khen.

He's allegedly in Laos.
