An older woman in the northeastern Thai province of Buri Ram accidentally received 2 doses of AstraZeneca in 1 day. Thai media reports that a man had posted a picture on Facebook to say Grandma Somwang Jukul got 2 doses of AstraZeneca on the same day and that she is doing well. 70 year old Somwang was interviewed by Thai media. Pretty sure you can’t sue especially if it has anything to do with vaccines

They would not be suing the vaccine mfgs etc. They would be suing the hospital for negligence/malpractice. It would have NOTHING to do with the vaccine.
