Tip: If your report is due on a Tuesday, the first date you'll be able to apply online is the Tuesday 2 weeks before the due date. The online site operates 24/7.

If you leave and re-enter Thailand during your period of stay, the next 90 day report automatically becomes due 89 days after re-entry. The date of re-entry counts as day 1 of the 90 days.

Tip: On re-entry, calculate your next report date. Cross out the due date on any existing 90 day report receipt and write the new due date as a reminder.

Failure to file 90 day reports on time are subject to a fine under section 76 of the Thai Immigration Act.
Section 76: Any alien who fails to comply with the provisions of section 37 (2), (3), (4) or (5) shall be punished with a fine not exceeding 5,000 baht and with an additional fine not exceeding 200 baht for each day that passes until the law is complied with.*
*The standard fine levied by Immigration is usually only 2,000 BHT.
