With just 11 seconds to go, Panipak was down 1 point, 9-10, until she scored a trunk hit that catapulted her to an 11-10 win. The event was held at Makuhari Messe Convention Centre […]

Wait till she gets back to Thailand, Prayut will be there making out she only got the gold due to his help.

He will be there snivling/ grovelling like a dog on heat.

Hope she has the guts to resist the obvious expected political gesturing when she gets back, they may have banned it at the Olympics but not at the airport back home.

How on earth can you say that ? Seems you know very little of the Thai propaganda machine running at maximum since 1946. Thailand's administration over the years has used so many achievements by Thai sportsman, Olympians or golfers etc to use as propaganda claiming that due to support of certain people is the reason that they had those achievements

Firstly, congratulations to the athlete. You bring great pride to yourself, your hard work, your family and to the nation of Thailand.

It is likely the athletes from most countries will have to put up with the "adulation" of the Leaders and Politicians. That is what politicians seem to do. They need to be seen with success and claim their part. It almost an added requirement in their DNA.

Thankfully, the majority of the population know who had the real success and why.

Brilliant job. Judos to Panipak. At least she is doing something to uplift her nation, contrary to the extremely toxic leaders and politicians, who are just grinding down the common man daily, doing absolutely nothing to alleviate their suffering and hardship, and continuing to fail at nearly every conceivable area of leadership.

Congratulations for winning the gold medal!  This is great and happy news that is definitely needed during these difficult Pandemic times.
