According to a Bangkok Post report, Anucha Burapachaisri says such vaccines are vital in order to effectively control the pandemic, as strains such as the Delta variant take over. In addition to holding talks with manufacturers of second-generation vaccines aimed at combatting variants, the Centre for Covid-19 Situation Administration wants to broker technology transfer deals for the production of a variety of vaccines, including mRNA vaccines and those using both inactivated virus and viral vector technology. So apart from changing the numbers on the wish list there has been absolutely no improvement in the situation. The junta is forever in talks but as we all know there is no product available for many weeks and months ahead. The government was "in talks" in 2020. I'd prefer to see an announcement from a vaccine company that they have "confirmed a delivery schedule."

I'd prefer to see a leaked bank statement from BVI or Panama bank to show how much these crooks have pocketed already

The government still has quite placed that order for Moderna yet? They are like my old auntie who shops on line and puts stuff in her cart, but forgets to complete the transaction.
seriously, private hospitals have been clamoring for the government to buy the shots since last year. It seems they continually put out press releases about obtaining them, but will do everything  possible to avoid actually purchasing the damn shots.
Will the original October delivery date come and go before they actually ink the contract and buy the doses?
It is seeming doubtful this is red tape, and more like purposeful delay after delay. Something about this doesn’t pass the smell test
