Some hospitals in Chonburi is no longer accepting Covid patients. Nearly a dozen of my co workers have tested positive this week. And if you know how close thais sit next to each other it’s bound to spread throughout the entire offices.

26 reported cases in Chiang Mai province today, up from 17 yesterday.  Looks like a repeat of Songkran with nearly all cases stemming from recent imports.

Expect harsh local control measures to be invoked soon ... better go stock up on bevvies. :)

well, Australia NT situation, from lockdown last week 7 cases were identified (delta variant) spread stopped by restriction and strict quarantine for closed contact. from last friday lockdown was lifted, mask compulsory in public area, peoples allowed to move. No new cases recorded despite the non respect of lawful isolation infringement peoples who knew they were positif to covid 19. in conclusion if everybody do the right thing we can win against the bug (note country still closed to international travellers). Does Thailand did the right thing to stop the spreading? looks like 6000 a day  is the new top limit ........ but it could be worse........ i fear the worse if hard measures are not put in force.

This is what happens when only one company is allowed to manufacture vaccines despite the fact it is unable to make a sufficient amount and no one is allowed to criticize that under threat of arrest and incarceration for 15 years.
