So is the intention to lift all testing measures for the unvaccinated? Or require a test before arrival but let you in anyway?

Yes, the unvaxxed have the same rights as the vaxxed to come into Thailand now, WOOHOO equal rights are another reason to come back to Thailand, We had 5 million last month i think, now we can start to get back to normal.👍

There will be no testing required for travellers regardless of vaccination status.

Oh the hypocrisy.  Wasn't long ago had to locked up in a hotel even if we're vaccinated and tested negative.  Now it's the opposite ..

Embassies seem to be very slow to update information so I'd suggest asking for the latest advice in writing from MFA, Foreign Affairs, Bangkok or check against Thai Embassy Washington DC.

The Ottawa Thai Embassy's information is correct as it currently stands.

From the article:

It isn't official until published in the Royal Gazette, which I would expect them to do so before the end of this month.

What about people that are not knowingly traveling with these people? No consideration for them?
