Good news for Bangkok motorists as the PTT Oil and Retail Business today announced the cost of petrol will be reduced from tomorrow (Friday) morning. The retail prices of petrol and all types of gasohol except E85 will drop by 3 baht per litre, E85 by 1.8 baht per litre, at 5am tomorrow. It’s not all good news for motorists unfortunately as diesel prices will remain the same. Strange drop in prices this time. Several articles read about the government negotiating with oil companies about the price increase for processing, and now, out of the blue. no explanation, 3 THB drop....

Can only draw conclusion that this is done via oil companies... If it were the state, we would all be reading in the newspapers how good they are at helping the poor.

3rd time, the gasohol price drops, in 1 week, without any media reporting....  very strange indeed. 45-42-40-39.... someone loosing control??

Come one, inflation in Thailand has been at most half of what it has been in the US and Europe recently. 
 

Yet you come here talking about social upheaval. 
 

You must be one of those that successfully predicted 50 of the last 2 stock market crashes too, right?
